Pre-planning is key!

Premium Bridal Packages: Start at $355 ~ 6 hours of TLC*

A professional Seamstress for up to six consecutive hours. Services are available for on-site repairs, simple alterations and steaming/pressing for the bride including 4 bridesmaids, help the bride with bustle, repair hems prior to or after the ceremony, mend tears and seams, etc. for the bride and the bridal party. Travel up to 20 miles (40 round trip) included.

*Additional clients are $30 a person. Extended hours are $50 an hour. Extended mileage will be considered prior to the event. Additional charges will need to be paid in cash.

On Call Package: $155 ~ Insurance for your peace of mind

A professional seamstress will be available by phone during the day/hours of your special event for up to 6 hours. Services for repairs provided will be charged an additional at $50 an hour - Cash payment only for on-site services.

Emergency/Rush Alterations: $65 + an hour

~Less than one week notice ~

Emergency/Rush alterations are done if available time allows

*On Site - In addition to the hourly rate, there may be a charge for mileage and travel time.

A workspace will be required and necessary to complete alterations needed.

There's almost nothing in tailoring or dressmaking that I won't tackle. Known by my clients as “Dr. Stitch”, I am on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Same day service is available if requested. I travel where ever my clients need me even if it is out of state. I have over 30 years of experience and a great reputation to follow.

I have created custom wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, Prom, Evening Gowns, Pageant Dresses and Christening gowns and more. Now I specialize in re-design, transforming a gown purchased or passed down to an original creation with your unique ideas and figure. Restoring a garment into a new limited edition piece is becoming increasingly popular today in our environmentally aware world and economy.

I also specialize in dress conversion from adult to infants. This is my favorite project, transforming a wedding gown into an heirloom Christening or Blessing gown/suit. Your wedding gown starts with its own love story on your wedding day and will continue to live on for generations to come when you bring the fabric to life the garment again in the form of a Christening or Blessing gown/suit and receiving blanket for the new extension our your love that has been created by you and your spouse. When we meet I can share how you can take this new story and tie it to your own for your children and generations to come to enjoy the wonderful memories you are creating now.

I have also created custom flower girls dresses, communion, infant and preemie dresses/gowns, baby blankets, etc. with attention to the most beautiful detail and quality work. I enjoy providing you with a memorable experience and look forward to helping you with any project for a special occasion, alterations, home decor or for gifts.

I have come to love teaching as well. This lost art of design and creative sewing have become a much requested by my clients. It brings me such joy to see the light of discovery in a student’s eyes, no matter the age when they see the potential of what they can possibly create. I love giving someone tools that they could use for a lifetime. I love to ignite a creative path that will help you grow and thrive in your new found talent. When you have the knowledge you can break through the boundaries and have the freedom to think outside of the box creating things you could have only dreamed of.

Thank you also for sharing your pictures, stories and creative out of the box ideas. I love to see when inspiration starts, the drafting of design on paper and seeing the final project.

Is your dry cleaner open when you need alterations, early morning, late night or weekends? Anything from hemming pants, jeans, skirts, shirts or a dress can be fixed to get you to your destination.

Do you need to repair a hole on a seam of a shirt, pants, jacket or sweater that you noticed while you were getting ready for your event? Sew on a missing button, fix a pull in a sweater, taper clothing because of weight loss, remove the gap in the waist of your jeans, raise shoulders of a top that is too revealing for your clients or a date, adjust loose or tight straps on a gown, dress or swimsuit?

Repair a rip or a hem on dress slacks or on a pair of jeans? Darn your favorite sweater or jacket? I can help you in almost any situation. I love a challenge!

Are you in town for a wedding or other event and need repair or alterations of a new garment? Did you ever find the perfect outfit at a boutique for the perfect price but it needs alterations? I can repair almost anything. Smaller items usually do not have the fabric on the inseam to make larger. I have had clients that purchased 2 gowns/dresses to make a different size not offered by the manufacturer.

Did you ever find the perfect outfit at the store for the perfect price but it needs repair? I can repair almost anything. Call to make an appointment with your sewing need and what you need to alter.

Services include: Custom Tailoring, clothing alterations, restyle outdated clothing, relining of clothing, hems, waistband, sleeves and raise cuffs. I also offer classes as well so you can learn to do all these things above and more yourself.

*A service charge for convenience and mileage charge for long distance travel to your location. I offer pick-up/drop-off and on-site service for your event or on your wedding day.

*All clothing must be clean, pre-washed, smoke and animal hair free as it gums up the machine.

*I am highly allergic to cats and dogs with dander. Please let me know you have a pet and please place them in a room for my visit.
